Vacancy: Customer Service Executive
Employment Status: Full time

Requirements:
• Good Communication Skill
• Familiar with basic user interface of windows
• Familiar with the Microsoft Word & Excel interface.
• Good typing skills on keyboard and smartphone
• Clear Handwriting.

Educational Requirements:
• Complete or Ongoing graduation (or any other course of same equivalent) on any discipline

Job Context: (Training sessions will be held before Hiring)
• Dealing with customer over phone and through online.
• Collecting orders and related task attached to it.

Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a 'windows operating system' environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mind & attention to detail.
• Knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory
.• Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourceful.

Job Location:
South Banasree, Khilgaon, Dhaka.

*Salary: 8,000tk - 10,000tk.
